Resonant High Frequency Wireless Power Transmitter Controller
Eggtronic EPIC1AQW01 is the EPIC 1.0 controller for proprietary high frequency wireless power transmitters based on WaveEgg technology developed by Eggtronic. The EPIC1AQW01 is designed to enable wireless power transfer functionality to charge and supply a wide range of portable devices and/or small electronics products without having to deal with complex specific protocols or state machines. The proprietary high frequency wireless topologies offer a higher efficiency compared to standard Qi based solutions.
The controller includes an 32-bit RISC-V MCU to ensure extreme flexibility and fully customizable I/Os for auxiliary functions. It is best suited for 0.5W – 30W wireless chargers of smartphones, tablets, smart watches, media players, LED lights, gaming controllers, earbuds, etc. It can be scaled up to 15W with proprietary protocol. EPIC1AQW01 is a low-cost, high performance, high flexibility alternative to the common wireless charging solutions based on ASICs.
