High Power, Long Distance, High Efficiency Inductive Wireless Power
E2Watt is Eggtronic’s proprietary inductive wireless charging technology.
While offering backward compatibility with Qi, E2Watt offers significantly higher power ratings (up to 300W today with the next generation being able to work at >10kW), improved efficiency (up to 95% from DC input on TX side to DC output on RX side) and operation over extended distances.
Because it can be supplied directly from the AC mains (90-264VAC input), it supports a reduced BOM and increased performance, removing the need for an external AC/DC adapter, ensuring at the same time efficiency higher than 91% (from AC input on TX side to DC output on RX side).
E2Watt also provides a proprietary data channel able to reduce latency and increase bandwidth, resulting in a data-over-power channel able to hit Gbps super-speed data transfer, which can be used for any consumer, industrial and automotive application where high speed wireless data are needed together with wireless power.
