E²Watt® is Eggtronic’s proprietary inductive wireless charging technology.
While offering backward compatibility with Qi, E²Watt offers significantly higher power ratings (up to 300W today with the next generation being able to work at >10kW), improved efficiency (up to 95% from DC input on TX side to DC output on RX side) and operation over extended distances.
Because it can be supplied directly from the AC mains (90-264VAC input), it supports a reduced BOM and increased performance, removing the need for an external AC/DC adapter, ensuring efficiency higher than 91% (from AC input on TX side to DC output on RX side).
E²Watt also provides a proprietary data channel able to reduce latency and increase bandwidth, resulting in a data-over-power channel able to hit Gbps super-speed data transfer, which can be used for any consumer, industrial and automotive application where high speed wireless data are needed together with wireless power.
